Definitely not the most motivating things I’ve read, but it’s worth paying attention to. I know people who say they’ve dieted to no ends and exercised their butt off, but they don’t end up getting the result they desire. To me, at least, if you go at it long enough and increase the intensity of your exercise routine periodically, weight loss is definitely possible. All it takes is persistence and a healthy diet.
