Multiple vitamins may help, but who knows what it can do to your body if you take the pills only. I still believe in a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Nature does it job well!
I know one thing about multiple vitamins as it is better to consult with the doctor first and then take it otherwise it seems not that effective.
