I would get into a Disney World Hotel only if the theme of the rooms are not all Mickey Mouse. If they let us choose I’m gonna get me a Donald Duck room coz I love that duck. Plus he speaks funny too. lol!!

I haven’t gone to Disney World, but I’ve been to some other theme parks. I know that Disney World is the “classic” theme park to go to, but I’ve heard that it is very crowded and other theme parks are just as good or better (if only because the queue’s are shorter).
I’m going to take my daughter there next summer after school. She has been dreaming about this trip already.

Walt Disney World ,the name attracts the travelers to visit this type of places. in this Christmas i am also going to visit this place.
It’s my dream place. Would i were there. But it is not possible.

It is hard to argue that one should stay off-world. True Orlando has many cheap places to stay, but when your sole purpose is Disney World it makes no sense to not absorb Disney 24 hours during the vacation.
The resorts at Disney World are great and one can find a resort according to their budget. It’s definitely something that must be done once in your lifetime. I really enjoyed the experience.
However, I think since Orlando has so much to offer other than Disney, if one wants to see Universal, SeaWorld, Busch Garden etc. during their trip, it’s best to stay at another hotel since it will be much cheaper.

We are in the process of planning our family vacation and are wanting to visit Disney world this year. We usually take vacation in July but figured the earlier the better if were going to Disney. Can anyone prepare me for the amount of people were looking at if we go in May? My children are 8 and 4. Also, if anyone has any suggestions, I am interested in purchasing the meal plan and would like to hear some pros and cons about it.

Disney World is slightly more amazing than Disneyland thanks to its rides and extra features – but there’s a mgic to those places you can’t get for any the kids anywhere else!
I actually just stayed at a Disneyworld hotel recently. It was pretty nice and it’s true that staying there is much more convenient if you’re going to the theme parks. The rooms are not themed like Disney characters so no need to worry about that. They’re just regular hotel rooms and there are free shuttles to everywhere on the grounds.
