The best way to prevent acne for me is to maintain a healthy lifestyle, maintain a proper diet, exercise daily, and wash your hands regularly. Because our hands touches every germs that cannot be seen by naked eye and put it on our face. This would threaten the acne to born. Anyway thanks for this post.
